ONM called it the best Zelda game ever made. The Game Informer reviewer said it's the first 10 he's given in 2 years (a different person gave the recent Batman: Arkham City a 10). IGN called it the best Zelda evar.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 deserved a 10/10. It was a brilliant game. How can you accuse someone for being biased, despite them rating two different games almost identically. The way I see it, it's you who is completely biased.

This is a Nintendo forum, not a TLoZ forum, so both franchises are equally favored.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 had amazing level designs, in which, i think they used all themes by now. If SS didn't get a 10/10, it's not their fault, it's the game's fault.

They're different genres, so of course they don't compare.

You can compare a game like Counter Strike to MAG because they are of the same genre, where as Mario & Zelda are completely different games. Mario is a platform mostly. Zelda is a action/adventure game.

Now 9 is a great score for a action/adventure game. Action/adventure games have to meet so many standards to get a 10, so SS getting a 9 is amazing.

Where as Mario has to meet fewer standards because it is a platform game.

Your mother is a platform game. Name one perfect platformer in full 3D that was released in the past few years and that's not Super Mario Galaxy (2).

SMG2 I rate a 10 because of the fun it had, but it isn't perfect, the gameplay could've had been a bit better, the game could've been longer, the camera could've been better, and a few levels could've been removed from the final cut, I won't mention any names. (Thinking of you ShitWork Ruins Galaxy)

But Skyward Sword deserves a 10 because it is perfect, actually no, an 11. u mad?

The gameplay is probably as good as it gets on the Wii. It's pretty complex. The game could have been longer? Are you kidding me? Try getting all stars... Yea, there were some frustrating levels, but you have to look at the bigger picture when rating a game.

SS may or may not deserve a ten. It's not even released yet. I'll tell you my opinion when I finish it.
