IGN called Skyward Sword is the best Zelda game OF ALL TIME, and the best Wii game ever. It got a 10/10! (This is what they said about the controls: The new combat system requires skill and patience. Though impulsive,
unpredictable waggling can get some results, most enemies are programmed
to react to such behavior, and they'll punish you for it. On occasion
my temper would get the best of me against an enemy, but swinging my
remote faster didn't help. Some enemies anticipate your moves or use
their weapons to block certain attacks, making routine fights far more
challenging and complicated than in past Zelda games. None of your
enemies are overtly difficult, but the added complexity, combined with
more sophisticated puzzles and world designs, make each victory that
much sweeter. What Ocarina of Time started with lock-on targeting,
Skyward Sword perfects by adding layers of nuanced strategy. You'll
rarely die, but you'll find yourself working hard to defeat and
out-maneuver your opponents.)

1UP: B+ (are you f*cking kidding me, but tp got an A+)
EGM: 8.5 (said it has bad motion controls, and is extremely frustrating to play, managing the writer to put a hole in his wall, so this person just sucks at the game and is a biased critic)
Wired: 10/10 (atleast you know what you're talking about)
The Guardian: 5/5 (awww yeah!)
GamesRadar: 9/10 (once again mad because they can't accept that its better than TP which they gave a 10/10)
Giant Bomb: 4/5 (owned by jeff gerstmann, fucking fat cock sucking motherfucker, they gave gears 3 a 5/5)

If IGN gave it 10/10, then GameSpot will give it 6/10. Anyways, I'm gonna go buy the Motion extension next week, because NOW I realized it actually has an input port for the Nunchuk.

I give up hope for any game dethroning Ocarina of Time as the highest rated game ever, when Skyward Sword was perfectly capable of it. I guess that's why there are biased critics, such as the ones who gave it a rating of 8.9 or lower.

gamespot has always been the worst reviewers, go to many high rated games on metacritic and the lowest score is often gamespot
