Back in November, Shigeru Miyamoto had said a Mario 3DS game is being worked on. He did not say what Mario game, just a "Mario Product". Today, it was revealed to be a new Super Mario Bros platforming game. In November he spoke about the benefit to jumping in 3D space with the new 3DS screen effects, which provide extra visual information about environment depth and object placement. While he hadn't said anything else, he said he desired to show the game as soon as possible.

I predict at E3 2011. Discuss what you think of the Mario 3DS game.
