Why Shell Blade? Mijimaru is obviously SpA based, so HydroPump+ Rain Dance > shell blade+rain dance. Even so, to set up a Rain Dance with Mijimaru will take too long since his Def is suxy and it'll get sweeped by a Pokemon that has set up a DD or a SD

I'm going to stick with my initial choice and pick Tsutaja. I hear he's good defense-wise...

Actually, Mijumaru has 108 BST Sp Attck, and 100 attack, so it isn't really "Sp Attack based". And of course, with right set up, Daikenki will be able to do serious damage for some time.

It is like Pikachu's Level near the end of of a series is like 98, then out of no where, back to 5 at the start of a new one.

Pikachu needs to man up, and stay strong for God's sake. Elekid wasn't that strong. It was like level 2, and even later in the series, Electabuzz comes back and owns him again.
