I always thought Manaphy was BL. Impressive, though.

OU Umbreon FTW!!!!!! And I would've thought Cradily would belong in UU at least. Poor Salamence.

I'll explain, In competitive, pokemon are split into tiers depending on power. Ubers are incredibly strong, mostly legends. OU mean they are powerful but not uber. UU means they arent used often. BL is inbetween. NU means they are bad in competitive and should rarely be seen. Any poke of a lower tier is allowed in a higher tier, so an UU Leafeon can still be used in OU, but a higher tier cannot be in a lower tier, so you cant use Ho-oh in a NU team.

To be frank, I would love to have a team composed with UU's :3

I guess Wobbuffet is considered powerful, but Lugia isn't?

@ Drybones100 There are many teams composed of just UU's, and NU's, OU's, and Ubers. But the question is: WHAT UU's?
@ Hardcoregamer Wobbuffet can counter any move and has the Shadow Tag ability, which can be majorly helpful in competitive.

Um, its under used... such as raticate? ...and shuckle? ahahhaha...

Raticate and Shuckle are NU pokemon actually. UU pokemon include: Altaria, Blaziken, Alazkazam, Leafeon, Registeel, and Vaporeon.
