Just go to this website http://qfi.im/ and enter a URL to something you want to download. It will generate a link that the premium members use for the download. Now the service that you get depends on the site your downloading it from.

For an example Megaupload - Your on the fast server, and you get the instant download. No need to worry about anything else.

This does not give you a premium member ship, it just generates a premium link.
