According to the Pokedex, Rapidash can run at a maximum of 150 miles per hour. Rapidash also has a maximum speed stat of 339. If you divide the units, you will find that:

1 Speed = 0.44247787610618469026548672566372 miles per hour

This means that now we can calculate how fast Pokemon can travel. For example, the slowest a Lv. 100 Bronzong can go is just over 28 miles per hour. I hope this information will be useful to my fellow Pokemon professors.
