Host an image (floppy disk w/ icon behind) - Servming lets you use their server to freely make a link for your picture, and it lets you post it.

Insert image (shows an image) - Insert an image from a website with a provided URL.

Insert Video (video clip) - Insert a Youtube, Dailymotion and/or Google Video through link.
