Wait a second, this Smogon's! I disagree with that list, because they base their List off of all-around stats. I only really agree with the BL, and Uber, except Salamance, considering it's fairly easy to take down.

Salamence is most likely going to take you down twice before you manage to fire a proper Ice Beam.

That's why it's uber.

you were wrong to say that its based on power, a lot of really powerful pokemon (like Kyurem for example) are in UU likewise smeargle (who has the weakest stats of any OU or UU poke is in OU) and blaziken (who has now gone uber) has average stats,

Pay attention before posting. This is for the fourth generation. Blaziken is UU and Kyurem doesn't exist.
