So I started another smw hack after some ideas popped into my head, and as always its better than my previous ones. Unlike my other hax (which most you didn't play) this won't have any custom blocks, sprites or graphics (except for an ON/OFF block and a block only passable when you collect 5 Yoshi/dragon coins... and music because I'm sick of the default ones). Other than that it's entirely vanilla, made from LM and making magic with the map16 and palettes.
I haven't decided the name or story for it yet, or finished any overworld but I made 3 full length levels. Most levels will be 5+ minute long with puzzles in them.

Yes, this stars MWH. Where's your God now, Sparky followers? Bow down to MWH...until Sparky world is made. Then Sparky is God again. :3
This is easier than you think, and that save state was accidental.
2nd Level:
Gradients? In MY vanilla? That's unpossible.

Oops.. just noticed I forgot to change the cement block's outline color.
This is indeed a lovely bridge, as many say. I love this bridge.
3rd Level: This is where the shit goes down, this took me 5 minutes to finish. It would probably take a player seven, goddamn minutes. Seven.
On/off blocks in action. When the block is On then the red is solid and blue is passable, when it's off red is passable and blue is solid. Might work on exanimation to make them look like cut lines when passable later. But for now, it's a mofo on/off block. Nothing else.
Had to edit every bit of palette of this shit to make it look dark, but Mario- I mean MWH doesn't change no matter what because he is God.
Fucking badass puzzle here, not even your grandpa can solve it.
This is exactly like the epic moment in an action movie where 2 villains are gonna collide with the good guy and the good guy jumps making the 2 hit each other. FUCKING. EPIC.
I died here because the pipe exit killed me for some reason, *fix later* but this sunset gradient is beautiful. Right?
