Here's an example (BTW, this is true):
"Sonic Heroes" was going to be called "Sonic adventure 3" but the name was changed during development.

Within Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, you can battle the Shroobs (old i know, but it's to keep the topic going)

same thing happened Sonic Unleashed, but was going to be called Sonic World Adventure. It still has that name in other places though.

Speaking of which, where is a REAL SA3? I miss the chao gardens

xD Thats soooo old TBY. Um.. easter eggs easter eggs.. I'll mention some Pikmin ones, like, ROB's head is an item.. theres glitches where you can alter a Pikmins type.. Hell, theres LOADS of glitches:

Thats probably all of them, and i dont think any were patched because, well, Pikmin can't be patched
