I've just begun making a new layout on a separate forum, but before I go ahead and make the navbar, icons, banner, widgets, then colour it, etc, I want to see if you even like this scheme. It's light, with the most dominant colour being red.

Note 1: Ofc I will change the icons, but I can also change the header of those categories (Forum, Members Area, Nintendo) into something more complex than just a single colour. This is just a sample.

Note 2: Notice the new hierarchy: Nintendo News - Mario - Pokemon - Zelda - Others, which removes inactive categories from the main page.

Good Idea, this whole forum still reminds me of Halloween with all the orange, yellow, and black...

Kay, I shall start working on it for real now. Once I finish it, I'll post you a link for an additional forum which I used for this.

What's finished:
- The actual layout (colours, background, font...)
- Widgets
- Chatbox
- Navbar
- Banner (99%)

What's left:
* Forum Icons (New Posts, No New Posts, Locked)
* Topic Icons (Same as above, Hot, Sticky, Announcement...)
* Thread Icons (New thread, Reply, Edit, Delete, Quote, Report, Thank...) Done
* Who's Online Icon

I've asked Sean for help, so us two will work on the remaining things, as Zman is away. You'll get a new layout as soon as he shows up.

The new layout is good, BUT WHY ON A FUCKING BELUSIAN FORUM?

It's up! Kind of hard to get used to.
Still need topic icons, who's online icon and Panchi to finish writing. Almost 100%!

It's a big change, so try adjusting your avatars, signatures and chatango colours to fit the theme, so our eyes don't burn.

Damn. My logo doesn't look nice in the sig anymore. Time for some photoshop work.

My thoughts (Even though no one actually cares) :

The background is very, very nice, and so is the banner, but the banner should say the entire forum name across the top or bottom, not just "TND"

I disagree. Sometimes less text is better.
