Well sort of. He was playing as Zelda in Cruel Brawl and as he was dying, he changed to Sheik and ejected the disk. (Without quitting, kinda scared me) and put in Sonic Colors and it continued Brawl with Sheik still alive. All 48 Alloys chase Sheik and died. Afterwards, he put Brawl back in and it finished. Then we got two things from challenges that we probably should have gotten years ago.

That's not hacking, just data being crossed over.
