What I meant is that they cannot afford to lose now, if they want a chance in winning the title.

For some reason I can't see Manchester United win the title this year. They are not so dominant like they used to be a few seasons back.
Perhaps the whole English league has gotten worse?

no,the entire english league probably got better, the smaller teams pick up points on bigger teams, and not to mention Man u is only ahead because of ref making unfair calls benifitting them, the amount of penalties they should have conceded is amazing,of course on top of that, man u is still a good team so good team plus ref being on your side,NO LOSSES IN 24 GAMES. but note that in the italian serie A a couple years back, the very famous JUVENTUS were champions, until fifa found out that juventus were bribing refs and not only were their 1st place spot taken away, but they were relegated with 0 points, maybe man u may suffer the same fate,of course when juventus did go down though they raped the lower division

Juventus was actually quite lucky they were able to rape Serie B. They nearly lost every name player on the team due to the nearly 60% revenue decrease that came with missing out on the Champion's League as well as Serie A games. Had they been penalized with a no promotion clause for a year, Juventus wouldn't even be contending in Serie B, let alone Serie A like they are this year.
While I've been watching a little of the Premiership, I can definately say something is screwy in those Man U games, and I like Man U (well, I like quite a few teams though lol). Will be interesting to see how they fair in the Champion's League, that will tell you if things are screwy in English football or not.

Well Juventus isn't really great ever since it got promoted back to Serie A. IMO, Italian league is much stronger than English atm. I am following it more now.
Plus, my fave team is A.C. Milan.
