It looks good, but it's not creative at all. Just slapped in a few renders, glows and premade brushes. In other words its not considered art. I know you're kinda new to PS and I'm looking forward to seeing your creations when you hopefully create your own things instead of copypastaing and I also think you have potential to make great things.
