Yep. Europe will be getting a new model for the Wii later this year.



Nintendo pulls a Sony, meaning this new Wii can no longer play GameCube games and cannot connect with GameCube controllers and such. You also have to lay this one down sideways. The old Wii will be discontinued.

The system comes with Wii Party, Wii Sports, a Wii Remote Plus, and a nunchuk.
