The is a game called Befriend a Pokemon!
Read the instructions how to play the game
There are 4 levels in the game and you start with 3 lives
Once you completed the game it will show you what evee you got and it sez `this is what youve won!` it will ask you if you want this eveelution once you click yes you cant take another one, if you say no then you can play again and try to get somthing different
This game ends May 5th and you cant befriend it yet because pokemon wont let you yet, they will confirm this when pokemon will release the evee to you
