Well I finally got to make a talent room thingy for myself.

Here is a picture of Bowser. I was testing out the different strokes, brushes, and filters. I still need to look up some tutorials to do better stuff.

Ooh, very nice. There are some obvious rectangular strokes here and there, but the background blending. I like it! It has that epic sense of fire to it. Pretty good for a beginner. The great Bowser standing before his wake of destruction and chaos.

Thanks man, I'm happy you knew what I was aiming for. Yeah the rectangular strokes were apart of a brush I had downloaded.
