Ok, so mentioned earlier in my Meruru thread, I'm going to cover the NIS America presser that was held today and state what they are localizing this fall. They announced 3 games and gave further details about 2 more. Unfortunately, only 1 of these games is for a Nintendo system, and there's already a huge thread or 2 about it Razz Games are listed in the order they appear on NIS America's Website.

  1. Atelier Totori - Yeah, I've been hyping this game for months now and already wrote a thread on its sequel Razz. I actally own the Japanese version of this game, and can say it's quite fun. See the Meruru thread for more details on the the gameplay, it's virtually the same. Recommend picking up Atelier Rorona before buying this because it is equally as fun Smile. Release date sometime in September 2011.
  2. Bleach: Soul Resurreccion: Don't ask me about the spelling, that's straight from the website... It's a Bleach game, so I don't have much to say except it's Bleach..... Release date: August 2011
  3. Disgaea 4: This is NIS America's signature series, given that it's their parent company Nippon Iichi Software's signature series and as such, this will be the most polished of the games being localized. If you've never played Disgaea, it's a turn based strategy RPG where you usually play as a demon trying to overthrow the king and take the throne for yourself (which is an awesome premise IMO). These games are, however, about VERY cheap laughs in their stories (the most famous characters are Prinnies, these strange stuffed penguins that are there to be blown up or otherwise abused and Etna, who is famous for having no chest), relaying on a lot of ecchi humour a lot. Still fun, still looking forward to this Smile Release Date: September 2011
  4. Cave Story 3D: The only Nintendo game, we've got a thread for it, go there. Release date: August 2011
  5. Claddun X2: Another RPG that I know nothing about. It's a PSP game, and very few details were announced. Release Date: August 2011
There you go, NIS America from now till the end of September. I'll cover more as it's announced.

Also, I tried finding a press conference video to no avail. It'll show up eventually.
