Okay, one: What exactly, can Elite Members do? Is there some kind of hidden forum that they can post on?

And two: Why is the Forum Games Forum locked?

1) Elite members are just members who post often and need to be elite to become modcop/mod later on. They have to post a certain number of times a week I believe.

2) Forum games are temporarily locked to increase post count on the other parts of the forum.

And yea, Elite Members are just people that are considered important for this community, so yea, it is just a title, not a power...
