Well, first check to see if the action replay isn't broken by testing it on a normal DSi. If it works but won't work on the XL, then it probly won't work for the XL, and you have to find an AR that works on the XL. If it doesn't work on a normal DSi, then it's broken.

The problem: action replays fucking ruin game systems. Solution: dont be a hacker.

No, AR doesn't affect the systems. The AR is a completely own system of it's own, and thus it can't ruin other systems unless it brings on data from it to the actual system, which it doesn't.

Your solution Steven is that try it on a normal DSi, if it doesn't work there, it's just your AR is broken. AR are very fragile, emphasis on Very. You drop them or swing them and you break them. Treat it like a baby.

Not exactly what i meant, TBY. i used to use AR and it ruined my Yoshi's island DS file, and prevented me from getting the last star in SM64DS, ect., ect. for that reason i advise against AR's use.

Oh, it ruins the game, not the system. I don't see how you couldn't get the last star in SM64DS, unless you cheated it like "151" stars. Otherwise it should perfectly fine, if it didn't im imagining it being locked up or something.

No. U know how u have to catch like certian bunnies to get a star? well i ARd so all minigames were unlocked, and the AR assumes that is the bunnies only purpose, so it makes them stop appearing. so yah, kinda being locked up.

@Pikmin, it was your decision to do so. Just AR it up again and click the 150 stars cheat.
