Title says it all. Well, this game has been my most anticipated 3DS game since it was announced, and I was so happy when I could finally start playing it. I was worried about the sticker premise at first, and well, you should be. It starts out as a neat little idea, but it's highly overused, the puzzles are just cryptic as all fuck, this game is fucking cryptic and misleading, forcing you to use a walkthrough... Am I the only one disappointed thus far?

Terrible game, absolutely terrible, most disappointing game ever. Im open for a spin on the formula and Super Paper Mario was amazing, but this game is SOOOOOOOOOO flawed.
First off, before it came out, we all thought it was gonna go back to the first PM formula, and it turns out SPM is more similar to that then this crap. The battle system while amusing at times, is annoying and you feel like every battle is a waste of stickers since there is little to no reward.
Some puzzles, although not difficult, they can really screw you over when you need one sticker and it is another totally different area with no REAL indication to it being there. Cryptic like you said is the best way to describe it.
The story is a step below that of PM64, which is disappointing since PM and really all Mario RPGs are a chance to develop at least a decent story, and each new game seems to get more engrossing in terms of storyline, then this game comes out and throws it out the window. On top of that the characters and the humor, though still interesting, are nowhere NEAR up to standard.
The only real good thing I can say about this game is the art direction and aesthetics, it implements the Paper aspect of the series to a level that the others couldn;t right down to Mario's movement, and the use of various Paper manipulating objects like Scissors are a nice touch
