EA has decided to take action against the social game company, Zynga. EA believes that with the development of The Ville, Zynga has “willfully and intentionally copied and misappropriated the original and distinctive expressive elements of The Sims Social in a violation of U.S. copyright laws.”

Normally I don't favor EA, but in this situation, I have no other choice but to go with EA on this juan. This also isn't the first time Zynga has made games that are very similar to others. More so, this company is disrupting the game industry as a whole. Only due to it's great amount of money is EA taking action, which I believe is a good thing.

I kinda have to agree with EA, mostly because I dislike Zynga more than I dislike EA.

I don't really care. A lot of people seem to like the Facebook games and I don't like those people. Irrelevant.

I agree here. Who cares about EA and Zynga. Someone will lose, and whoever loses, I'm OK with.

I hope EA wins this battle.
