If you bought a 3DS and activated the eShop before the price drop, you can get these games by going to settings in the eShop, choosing your downloads, then downloading them.

You got it at a cheaper price, so that was your benefit.

Again, this is why I hate being financially broke. If I could ever get the chance to replay these games again... (inb4 emulators).
